The name itself: Virtual Franchise Show™, gives an idea of what it is we do, however, there are usually many questions. I have tried to answer as many questions as I can below. Who are we? We are a group of Franchise Development Professionals that each have over 15 years experience in Franchise Development, we have owned multiple franchises, sold Franchises, consulted with franchisors & more. We are NOT an expo company targeting the franchise industry, rather we are experienced Franchise developers that have created an online virtual 3D Franchise expo.

How does it work? We host virtual 3D Franchise tradeshow events. These are 3D Virtual events like the video above shows. Leads register for the event. They log in and can explore the 3D environment, visit the booths, interact with franchisors & requestion additional information. Franchisors can save time & money versus a traditional in person franchise expo. No travel expense, no airfare, no hotel rooms, no flight delays etc…

How much does it cost to exhibit? We host 6 regional virtual events. Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, West & Pacific Northwest. The cost to exhibit ranges from $1495 to $1695 per event. We also have a few sponsorship upgrades available.

Do I have to design my own booth or can you do this for me? We can design your booth materials or we can work with your marketing team to create your booth materials.

How many leads will I receive? The straight answer is we do not know how many you will receive. We usually target 750-1000 registrations per regional event. Just like a traditional in person Expo, all exhibitors receive the entire registration list as part of your Exhibit cost.

If we have 250 registrations, you will receive all 250. If we receive 1000+ registrations, you will receive all 1000+. You also have the opportunity to receive direct inquiries from the attendees during the time that the virtual event is live.

The number of registrations varies based on the number of Franchisors that participate. The advertising money that we spend comes from the exhibit fee that Franchisors pay to us, so it depends on how many Franchisors participate. The more Franchisors that participate the larger the advertising budget, the larger the advertising budget the more registrations there will be.

How can attendees interact with my booth? Attendees will log into our 3D Franchise Expo throughout the 4-5 days of the Regional event. They do not need to install any software and they do not need to create an account.

As they move around inside the Virtual Franchise Expo they can interact with your booth. They can watch your video, request information and download your brochure. You are also welcome to be present inside your booth so that you can interact live with the attendees live throughout the event.

Do I get to pick my booth? Yes, you can pick the booth that you want to exhibit at inside the virtual environment. See pictures on our homepage or the right of this page. We highly recommend scheduling a LIVE Demo.
